Grades 11-12: ASB Election

On September 14th 2016, all boys and girls from Xianmian Building gathered once again in the Annex Auditorium. They were there to elect the most suitable and dedicated candidates to be ASB members. Before the election, Ms. Liu Qin, Director of Grades 11-12, gave certificates to the honored members of ASB to thank them for their contribution to ASB during the last school year. Then honored member Ricky Pan from 12(1) A took on the role of “election host”. With his introduction, each candidate stepped onto the stage one by one to give a 2-minute speech. The candidates had already shown students who they are using posters through the previous week. This time, they exhibited themselves more and showed their passions regarding the ASB position. After the 1st round, every candidate had one more minute to ask voters for support. They tried their best to present themselves. At the end, everyone, students as well as teachers, gave their final votes before heading home. No matter what the outcome is, let’s give all the candidates a big round of applause for their motivation.
