Grades 7-8: Clubs Become the Highlights of After-School Life
Grades 7-8: Clubs Become the Highlights of After-School Life
In this exciting new semester the range of our student clubs will be enormous. The range of school and student-led groups sprawls from creative and academic activities to sports, culture, and beyond. The clubs are likely to become the highlights of after-school life in the Middle School.
The question now is: which group will attract the most members? Will the History Club grab the most attention with it regular entries into challenging contests around the globe, or will sports clubs like the Basketball and Soccer clubs be the ones to win the most followers? Will creative clubs that inspire innovation be the ones to transform our society, or will it be the culture clubs with all their music, art, and pop dance glamour which ignite students’ passion? Or will the new student-run clubs be the ones to stand out the most?
The clubs will show us what they can do very soon. Once they have taken shape through the efforts of their organizers and participants, they will become a fully formed part of the exciting school life which SHSID students can savor and enjoy.
