Grade 6: Talent Show
Grade 6: Talent Show
And the next show is....... 2015-16 2nd semester talent show from the fifth and sixth graders! Through the entire school year, we experienced different activities and had a lot of fun, it is nearly the end and we will have our last talent show for this year! Every single student will have their chance to prove their talents in either dancing, singing, or playing instruments, it is the time to shine!
First, we had 8 stage shining hosts, 4 from each grade, each of them having their own unique way to express their feelings and know how to make a show more interesting and entertain the audience. The hosts are hardworking and used their efforts to write the scripts and of course, they have to memorize their lines and learn how to have chemistry with his or her partner. Without them we cannot have this talent show, thus, we should thank them for their help and how they benefited the talent show!
Second to say, the teachers were a great motivation for us students to perform astonishing shows. They conducted the students during music class and helped them either with the dancing moves or singing skills to handle. Even though we are the ones who really did the performance but we have to say that without them, there will be less shows and won't have as much as amazing performances as now.
Last, the students were the highlight of this show. They tried everything they had and presented their potential and charm to their friends and teachers. There were all kinds of different performances, you can't count them all-- dances, signings, instruments, but even detailed: hip-hop dances, solo dances, Chinese dances, tip tap dances, children dances, orchestra singing, solo singing, wind band, string band, harmonica, and bamboo flute…
The students of SHSID should be proud of how their performances were all different and had its own style. Especially to those students who made their own shows, they were incredible and broke barriers to create their own style and own dance.
The talent show this year is amazing and one that will no one will forget, but we believe that next year with more students, our students will be even better and will surprise everyone!
