Pudong Grade 1: Children’s Day Fun at SHSID!

On June 1st, students and teachers celebrated Children’s Day with lots of fun activities!

A Talent Show was held in the auditorium, and many of our own Grade 1 students performed extremely well in front of the school. We also started our first ‘Letters to Children day’, where parents wrote beautiful and encouraging messages. These letters meant a lot to our students, and many decided to write kind thank you letters back! Our final activity of the day was a field trip to the local movie theater to see Alice Through the Looking Glass! Grade 1 students were very well behaved and thoroughly enjoyed the movie!

Overall, this was a wonderful day to celebrate the joys and wonders of childhood, and teachers felt privileged to be a part of it.
