Grade 11:Company Visiting-Yisheng Biomedicine

On May 25th, about 30 students went to visit Shanghai Yisheng Biomedicine Technology Corporation. Although we didn’t have the chance to take a glance at its biomedical laboratories for investigating new medicines or actually see how the company operates, the small-scale lecture given by one of the employers in the Yisheng company gave students insight into the study of biomedicine in general in a very

direct and clear way. Since most of the students who went to the Yisheng company didn’t really have a holistic understanding about the major of biomedicine, I believe that this company visit not only satisfies their curiosity about this field, but also provides them a precious opportunity to communicate with people who are currently working in this field. To sum up, this company visit was really an enlightening experience for all the students because it made them think about what they really want to study and what they really want to

achieve in the future.
