Puxi Grade 1: Parents Talk on Different Cultures

During the Social Study Class on May 25, all the first graders listened to the short speeches from six parents from six different countries. Every parent spent about twenty minutes introducing his country’s geography, history, traditional clothing, food and other cultural symbols on his country.

All the students were very interested in every country. Many students were very eager to raise all different kinds of questions about all these countries. The teachers hoped that this activity may motivate all the students to explore this enormous world in the future.
