Puxi Grade 5:Health Class

Every other Thursday, we always have an interesting health class. This week, our teacher gave us a valuable lesson on how to select the right food to eat. First, it should not contain a lot of fat inside. Second, it should be less than the amount of calories you need for one day. And last, it should be very safe and doesn’t contain too much sugar. Our teacher taught us a lot by using her own personal experience and some examples for us to understand. After this valuable lesson, we all had a better idea of how to manage our diet and to select the right food to eat.
