Grade 1-8： Team Building Activities for All the Teachers

On the morning of April 22rd, all the Chinese teachers from Grade 1 to 8 got altogether to participate in a team building activity on the soccer field. The whole activity was designed and arranged by a professional team building company. Through 2 interesting games, all the teachers have realized the importance of cooperation, altruism and methods of solving problems. This team building activity also promoted the friendship among all the teachers from Grade 1 to 8.

On that afternoon, all the Grade 1 to 8 teachers joined a lecture presented by several teacher representatives from Grade 1 to 8. The topic of the lectures is how to be a good homeroom teacher. Every teacher had their own experience doing homeroom teacher’s work, but everyone mentioned the following elementary points: positive working attitude, exalted and elegant personality and giving love to every student. After this lecture, every homeroom teacher spent some time thinking how to improve their work as a homeroom teacher.

This was a very meaningful and unforgettable day for all the teachers who joined the activity and lecture.
