Grade 5-6:Rope Jumping Competition
Grade 5-6:Rope Jumping Competition
An intense and exciting competition of rope jumping begins! Are you a sporty guy who loves participating? Do you think you can jump the highest and balance in the air really well? Then being a part of rope jumping is perfect! Every single person who has some talent will be in it! This will not only be a personal showdown, it is most likely to be explained as a teamwork event since it is long rope jumping, enjoy!
First, the requirements of this game is to have 16 people who excel at rope jumping. These players are elected by their daily performances during practices in break time so each team will be able to know which the good players are and which are not as tactful as the others. There will be eight boys and eight girls that will join the competition to be as fair as possible for all boys and girls. There are a total of 10 classes in sixth grade and 7 in fifth, every round the team with the more skips in 3 minutes wins, there will be 5 pair (3) of teams competing in the first round(one from fifth grade can skip), there will be 5 (4 for f)teams that will survive through the first round and one team will be able to skip the second round while the other 4 (only 4 for fifth grade)teams have to keep fighting on. At last, there will be 3 teams left, one will skip the conference finals and the other two will face each other for the finals ticket. The one that wins will compete with the decided finalist and the one who wins win the championship!
Second, as you may all know, this long rope jumping competition includes a long rope that will fit any player to jump over with. To win this rope jumping competition is a class honor because the competing teams are in classes of students with those who jump outstanding in their class, those who aren't in the game can still enjoy the game by cheering for your team or raising the flag for you class as a "mascot". Everyone will be able to be in part of in this exciting event.
Last but not least, I guarantee that everyone can enjoy after the competition, whether you are skipping or not, it doesn't matter because everyone will get a prize-an icy jelly popsicle! And every class can enjoy a movie that will make you feel relaxed right before the midterm! For winners of the competition from fifth grade and sixth grade will get a pack of chips for everyone!!! This will encourage teams to compete harder during the competition surely too.
I hope that everyone will play harder and try their best on next year's rope jumping competition and have more intense games! (Pu Dong 5(2) and Pu Xi 6(2) won the champions )
