Puxi Grade 3: Making Brazil Crafts

Two weeks ago, grade 3 students learned a lot about Brazil, including geography, history, government, and economy. To have students know more about Brazil, they designed Brazil hats by themselves. The instructions were to cover a cup with card and decorate it, fill in the cup with rice, attach tissue paper to the top of the cup and attach elastic bands, attach square to front of strip, and decorate with sequins and attach feathers with glue. After making it, they wore the hat and shook the cup, looking like local Brazilians. They also performed in the Grade 1 and 2 assembly.
