Grade 10: Competition And Activity Lecture
Grade 10: Competition And Activity Lecture
A good student is usually perceived to have a high grade on academic achievements. A truly good student, however, should not only be qualified in his or her scores, but also is thoroughly developed in various aspects of social and academic life. Moreover, they need various skills acquired through experiences such as competitions and extracurricular activities. Nowadays, most colleges evaluate students based on these skills and experiences, thus making these values important for high school students. These students face important turning points as they have to find their own path to success. Since information about competitions and activities are open to students, they should make the most out of it— but how?
Ms. JunyuXie, who is in charge of organizing all academic competitions and activities, gave grade 10 students a brief introduction about the major activities and competitions that students can participate in at the CAS class, April 6. The competitions held by SHSID are mostly divided into four categories.
The board on the second floor of ZhongXing building has the most recent news about various competitions held SHSID. Homeroom teachers and Ms.Xie are more than happy to answer further questions. Hopefully students would find their hidden talents by participating in these competitions and activities and show them to all of us!
