Puxi Grader 1: Making Traditional Chinese Dumplings

The eighth week from April 5 to 8 is The Chinese Culture Week in primary section SHSID. During Chinese class on April 5th, all the first graders went to the cafeteria where they have lunch to learn how to make Chinese dumplings, a kind of Chinese food made from flour wrappers with filling inside. All the students learned very quickly under the teachers and parents’ guidance. They were all very happy having mastered a new skill and later everyone enjoyed delicious dumplings that they made by themselves.
