Grade 10: 8 Characteristics of Successful People

On March 28, 2016, SHSID invited Mr. Sam Yang, the founder of Kingdom Education and former investment banker, to give the high school students a lecture on “8 Characteristics of Successful People.” Many grade 10 students attended the lecture in the Zhongxing Annex Building. Mr. Yang opened the speech with quite witty remarks, and then revealed the keys to success: passion, work, focus, push, improve, ideas, serve and persist. His explanation of these qualities impressed and encouraged the students, and helped them to have a better understanding of the approaches to achieve success.
