SHSID won Best of Fair in 2016 Sichuan ISEF fair

ISEF, (Intel International Science and Engineering Fair), is a program hosted by Intel and Society for Science & the Public. The fair started on March the 18th and ended on March the 19th. Our school had 6 students who attended the Chengdu science fair this year, and all of them achieved awards. Jason Yue and Jasmine Jiang Won the Superior Ranking, Second Place Logic Sciences, and Third Place Team. Allen Xie also earned the Superior Ranking. Victor Yu received the Excellence Rating, and Third Place Physical Science. Bevin Pan obtained the Excellence Rating, ASM Materials Education Foundation. Xiuwen Shen also receive the Excellence Rating.The team of Jason Yue and Jasmine Jiang won Best of Fair, and got the opportunity to enter as finalists in ISEF in United States.Since there were many students that attended the fair, the competition at the fair was intense, but the students from our school still did an outstanding job with their projects and showed great performance in the extracurricular activity.
