Grade 12: Global Citizen Day @ Fengxian 54 Farm, Dumpling Make Competition

At 1:30 on Monday March 21st, 2016 the juniors and seniors boarded the buses that had arrived one by one that morning. After everyone arrived at Fengxian 54 Farm and settled down in their dorms, we gathered in the auditorium and were introduced our camp counselors on the farm.

5 o'clock that evening on 54 Farm, the cafeteria was teeming with students making their own dumplings. They had collected trays, dumpling doughs, dumpling fillings and begun making dumplings. Soon, every table had their own tray-full of dumplings. There were creative, flower-shaped dumplings, wonton shaped dumplings, and several dumplings filled with dumpling doughs. In addition, every class also picked out two dumplings for the dumpling making competition.
