Grade 8: The WeClub’s Newsletter
Grade 8: The WeClub’s Newsletter
I’m sure you have seen our large signs EVERYWHERE around the campus promoting donations for clean water for rural India and saving families from poverty. This year, the We Club is setting out on the same goal. We would like to raise money to help those that are less fortunate than us. Selling posters and stationary has been successful. This semester, the We Club is firing new ideas to keep everyone interested. We are going to start our own newsletter, or more accurately, an “everything-you-would-want-to-know-printed-on-a-sheet-of-paper”. Different from the school’s newsletters, we will be adding in some interesting and new sections such as anime, music recommendations, movie recommendations, and sodukus. Whether you want to stay in with the hottest trends, take a little weekend challenge back home, or just spend an entire afternoon listening to some music, we have all you need. These newsletters will be priced 5 RMB for each one and sold at the front of the Middle School Building during lunch every Wednesday. We will be printing out new editions every week, so remember to stay tuned. Finally, the We Club owes our thanks to all of you who have supported us along the way. Every donation counts and brings us a step further to creating a better society for all of us.
