Grade 10 Course Day: Info Session for Parents

In the evening of March 4, 2016, SHSID held the Course Day information session for parents of tenth grade students. A thorough introduction of high school curriculum was delivered.

On the info-session, the speakers included Mr. Ma Feng, the high school principal; Ms. Jiang Hao, the Coordinator of IB & AP, Ms. Zhang Li , the college counselor, and Ms. Liu Min , the director of grades 9 and 10. They explained the mission, curriculum modules, diploma requirements, and how to prepare the students for higher education. Finally, the parents were welcomed to the Zhongxing Building by each subject teacher, who illustrated the content and aim of different courses and offered individual guidance to each family.

Both parents and students from grade 10 benefited greatly from the Course Day. Hopefully all the students will have a clearer picture of their future in SHSID.
