Grade 1:Health Habit Week

Since the beginning of the new semester, the first grade teachers have begun a new program, Health Habit. All the first grade teachers have made a video to educate the students, helping them practice healthy habits daily. The students were advised to keep a balanced diet, exercise often and get plenty of rest. Every student was encouraged to take pictures and share their healthy activities with their friends.

Some students ate fruit and vegetables, some students exercised cheerfully, while some others shared their personal hygiene care by brushing their teeth.

All the teachers hope students keep good health habits and lead a happy healthy life.
