Grade 10： Academy—to Initiate, to Create, to Explore

This semester, the Academy program continues at SHSID for grade 10. The Academy covers the subjects of Math, Science, Art, Public Speaking, Law, Business, and Western History and Culture, etc.

The Academy mentors, whose mandate is to facilitate student-oriented independent research, include students and teachers alike. Some of the subjects, such as American Legal, Mock Trail, Hispanic Language and Culture, and Story Town, are entirely sponsored and managed by students. A development stemming from student clubs and societies, these Academy programs serve many functions, serving as a forum for sharing knowledge and experience, and a means for students to hone their communication and organizational skills. As such, the curriculum of the Academy is the charge of the students.

SHSID is dedicated to inspiring students to find their path by helping them to explore their potential. We hope the Academy program will help students achieve their goals this semester.
