The Middle School Art Festival
The Middle School Art Festival
With the loudest applause, the most enthusiastic audience, and most crowded auditorium ever, one may be mistaking the middle school Art Festival for a congested concert. The wind band's melodious performance was a prelude for the event, and the musical atmosphere was hanging thick in the air up until the last hip-hop dance radiating with vigor. The students' had left their crisp and memorable voices upon the stage. From graceful sopranos and metallic choirs to unforgettable country music, every piece of music left its own footprints of effort and hard work in one's mind. The Art Festival has become the perfect arena for those talented musicians to gleam with confidence and pride under the eyes of hundreds of spectators. No matter the instrument, whether the traditional zither, the harmonious piano, or the elegant violin, the audience is incapable of holding in their thunderous ovation for the performers. The most significant shows were undoubtedly the dances. From refreshing Korean dances to ardent hip-hop dances and the rhythmic tip-tap dance, one is obliged to give an abundant supply of deafening cheering and clapping.
Last but not the least, the teachers bring us the ideal ending of the Art Festival! With a collection of astounding singing skills and a humorous dance of colorful costumes, it is hard not to let out a jolly laugh. Santa Claus of Christmas is also an inseparable part of this Christmas tradition; not only does he know how to dance, but also do karate kicks! The tossing of stuffed animals made him the center of attention and brought amusement to the crowd.
