A Wonderful Lecture from Professor for Primary Teachers

On the afternoon of Dec, 24, all the primary teachers in SHSID participated in a wonderful lecture made by Professor Peng Yongwen in Shanghai Drama andPerformanceCollege.

Every teacher has learned a lot from this wonderful lecture. Professor Peng taught the teachers how to use abundant body language to catch students’ attention or communicate with students more efficiently. Professor Peng also discussed with all the teachers the way to reconcile the drama with the daily teaching and character building for students. He also shared with the teachers several videos on using drama during a Chinese class and trying to solve the peers bullying problem by creating and playing a drama.

There were very exciting and meaningful brainstorms during the lecture and every teacher has come up with many good ideas on their future teaching work. This lecture is really helpful for all the primary teachers in SHSID.
