Grade 9: New Student Interview
Grade 9: New Student Interview
The semester is progressing towards the end, and many new students have already settled into the big SHSID family. Two of the new students who have just transferred this semester are interviewed to hear what they thought of their new school.
Koko from grade 9:
Q:What do you think about SHSID?
A: SHSID is a great school, it has a lot of great courses, like IB, AP and A-level, and a great studying environment. It also has a clean surrounding, and I think it is my honor to come to this school.
Q:How does this school compare to your old school?
A: SHSID is much bigger, and has a lot more adults. There are also more course choices.
Linchelle from grade 9
Q:How does this school compare to your old school, do you think it benefits you?If so, how?
A: First, my old school is really small! I think SHSID creates a comfortable environment for me. Second, my old school doesn’t provide any clubs for grade 8 and 9 students. In my old school, we do test papers every day and don’t have time for activities. But in SHSID we have different kinds of activities every month. This is perfect. Also, SHSID provides optional and elective courses, so students have more choices.
