Math Fraction Poster Made By First Graders

In the Math class of December 9, all the first graders made a fraction poster in groups. Every group was given four types of shapes: circle, rectangle, square and hexagon. They were required to color the whole, one half, one third, and one fourth of each shape, then glue all the colored shapes onto the poster paper.

From this poster making, all the first graders were much clearer about the basic definition of fractions. Through group cooperation, every student also realized the importance of teamwork.
