Pudong G3: Double Ninth Festival

The topic of our personal growth on Tuesday was the Double Ninth Festival. The festival is on September 9th of the Chinese lunar calendar. It is also called "Senior’s Day.” Teachers said on that day we would go and enjoy the beauty of chrysanthemums. We would eat hairy crabs and make aroma sachets. Grade 3 students made colorful cards for their grandparents as presents. They wrote down best wishes for their grandparents and drew a family picture. This class was creative, enjoyable, and fun!
