Senior High School 150th Anniversary Art Exhibition

In celebration ofShanghaiHigh School’s 150th anniversary, SHS made elaborate preparations. Flower beds were color-coordinated. Statues were unveiled. Alumni old and young, grandparents and new graduates revisited SHS, prompting memories of their milestones, crossroads, and second homes as adolescences.ShanghaiHigh Schoolis proud to share its heritage and its alumni’s achievements. Students from the International Division took active part in the celebration. They contributed to this heritage by showcasing their views ofShanghaiHigh Schoolthrough art. Submission from AP Art Studio students and other talented artists were received. Through careful selection, SHS presents this exhibition in the Annex hallways. This is artwork depicting the quotidian, the great, and what SHS will mean for those to come; artwork linking the past generations of SHS pride to the new.
