Grade 9-10: ASB Helper Interview
Grade 9-10: ASB Helper Interview
On October 8th at 12:30, classroom 126 of the Annex was crowded with students anxious to become the new ASB helpers. The seven ASBs interviewed various students about their hobbies, goals and how they feel they could help the ASB.
ASB helpers are an essential part of the ASB, and provide potential members with a sneak peek of what it is like to be a part of ASB. They assist the ASB members in events such as the Halloween Party, Winterball, White Valentines Day, and Summer Bash with jobs such as decoration, cleanup, moving tables and chairs, and many other activities. If they perform exceptionally, ASB helpers can even have a chance to be become a full-fledged ASB member.
Being an ASB helper is a great in that it provides a unique experience that is similar to being in ASB, but without much of the stress or workload. However, only nine will become helpers of the over 30 that signed up, further showing what a rare and precious opportunity it is.
