G8: Fire Drill

On Thursday September 17th, the middle school section, consisting of 7thand 8thgraders, held the first fire drill of the year. After the ringing of the emergency bell, the 8thgraders exited the building in an orderly fashion after the 7thgraders. Each student used a wet towel to cover their mouth as they exited and made their way to the field, where they were addressed by Mr. Ni. All of the students raised their green cards, signaling that no one died in the fire. Overall, it was a great lesson on how to conduct themselves in the face of danger, and also trained them to be ready in the event of a real fire.
