8th Grade Soccer League

After the midterm exams, the 8th graders began the second soccer league of the year. The matches were held during the lunch breaks. Six players were needed for each of the class teams, and the referees were also students from 8th grade. Despite this, they judged fairly and accurately.

Before the matches began, many of the students began discussing the soccer match during lunchtime. They evaluated the players, discussed the teams’ tactics, and predicted the scores. After the fourth class, many players rushed to the soccer field and began training for the match. The matches also attracted many students to go watch. Some teachers also went to go watch the matches.

Some soccer league players had some better tricks and skills, but all of the players had tried their best. Many brilliant goals were scored and all of the teams did very well. Everyone enjoyed the matches. The Soccer League is no doubt one of the best activities during this school year.
