The First Graders as Great Inventors

In the Social Studies class on May 20, each first grader in SHSID built an amazing invention and showed them to all of the teachers and students.

All the inventions were made either of Lego blocks, clay, paper, plastic or other recycled materials. Each student gave a wonderful presentation about their invention. The students introduced the invention’s function and told how the invention may help people around the world. Every invention was well-designed and creative. Every student wanted to make the whole world safer, cleaner and more organized. All the teachers believe that someday there will be a real inventor from these smart and creative children.
