Grade 9: Volunteers During the Entrance Exam

On May 9th, Rachel, Benny, and Catherine from 9thgrade were volunteering at SHSID. New students from all grades took the Entrance Exam. The students above 5thgrade were old enough to take care of themselves and find their parents; however, the students from 1st to 4th grade needed a volunteer’s help to find their parents. It was their job and their responsibility to make sure that all the children were safely handed to their parent.

Catharine said: “This exam was our first step to SHSID, and seeing the new students taking it reminded us of ourselves when we took the exam. Although it was hard work and tiring, it was also a fun time and great experience volunteering in our own school.”
