Shanghai High School Wind Ensemble Presented at the Education Expo

On April 9^th, SHS Orchestra and SHSID Wind Ensemble, with a total of 14 representatives, arrived at the Shanghai Exhibition Center (#1000YanAn Rd.) to enroll the “12^thShanghai Education Expo – Modernized Exhibition of 2015”. This exposition was guided by the CCP Shanghai Municipal Committee of Education and sponsored by Shanghai Education Press Head Office.

Situated at the H1 SHS exhibition stage on the 2^ndfloor, 1^stWest Hall, instructor LiXin directed the band to perform “Pirates of the Caribbean”, “Doraemon”, “Party Rock Anthem”, “Cancan”, along with an improvised, “Persis Overture”.

Under the rays of sunshine, the Wind Ensemble’s smooth, elegant performance attracted many visitors and added a touch of spring to the SHS Stage.

The successful show at the Education Expo became another glorious memory of the SHS Wind Ensemble.
