First Graders Making Traditional Chinese Dim Sum Hun Tun

During Chinese class on April 7th, all the first graders went to the cafeteria where they have lunch to learn how to make Chinese Dim Sum Hun Tun, a kind of Chinese dumpling made from flour wrappers with filling inside. All the students learned very quickly under the teachers and parents’ guidance. They were all very happy to have mastered a new skill and later everyone enjoyed delicious Hun Tun that they made by themselves.
