Grade Eight Poster Group First Round of Activities
Grade Eight Poster Group First Round of Activities
“Classroom hygiene” is what everybody mentions, but it’s often ignored. The students do not stay in the same class throughout the day, and some are too lazy to throw away garbage, which makes the floor less tidy. It may not seem much to the students, but it affects the school’s image and gives more work to the janitors.
Based on the problem mentioned above, the teachers created the CCST - Classroom Cleaning Service Team. The team did a lot for the presentation of the group. At the beginning of the semester, Ms. Yan and the team members made a poster about keeping the classrooms clean, which is posted on the wall of the hallway. This colorful poster is very effective to the students and it reminds the students to stay neat and tidy.
While the poster was being drawn, the team members also learned more about classroom hygiene. Even though they study at several rooms throughout the day, they understood that they still have a responsibility to keep every classroom clean, because they must think for the students that will study next and the janitors. No one prefers to live in a place that is filthy, and we are the ones who can improve or pollute this school. I hope that we students can manage to keep this school clean and neat.
