Puxi Grade 3:To ‘Bee’

March 31, 2015

In our English classes over the past week we have been looking at how to use the correct form of the verb 'to be', which isn't always the easiest of tasks! Students have been using the verbs 'am, is, are, was, were' in their grammatically correct positions. To help them remember, we created our 'to bee'; a giant bee covered in sentences using the correct form of the verb 'to be'. A miniature version was also completed by students for Tuesday's homework, which will be hung from the ceiling along with the giant class effort that is on the wall. In all, this was a successful and creative way to remember our key grammar point for the week.
