Grade 3: Dr Seuss’s Week

The entire 3rd grade across the primary section celebrated Dr. Seuss’s birthday during Week 4. During this week, teachers and students dressed up according to a different theme each day and celebrated Dr. Seuss’s wacky, whimsical style. We had Mix-Up Monday, Top Hat Tuesday, Wacky Socks Wednesday, Thing 1, Thing 2 Thursday, and Fan Day Friday. Such activity taught students about the life of the famous children’s author and gave teachers and students the opportunity to imitate a rich cast of characters.
