Grade 9: a field trip to Mankkattan

Last Wednesday, grade 9 students visited Mankattan, a well-known bakers. The manager led the students to the factory and gave a brief introduction to the history of bread and also the company. It takes at least 8 hours to make all kinds of bread, including baguettes and pretzels. In Shanghai, KFC and IKEA are both supplied by Mankkattan. The DIY room was the last stop, for students to make their own sandwiches.

It was an informative trip.
