7th Grade: Tug-of-war Competition

Before the competition started, all the participants warmed- up. Some students were running and some students were playing basketball. Everybody was ready when the whistle blew. The competition started. For the first round, 10 classes were divided into five groups and one lucky class, 7(5), went into the second round directly as it had no class to compete against. Everybody did his best for their team and finally 7(10)，7（6，7（9，7（3, 7(8) and 7(5) went to the second contest successfully. 7(6), 7(10) and 7(9) did well and they went into the final round. Everybody was so excited about the final round and all the teams wanted to win. The teams used all their strength to fight with their competitors. Nobody was willing to give up until the last minute. The students and teachers watching the competition were on the edge of their seats. They shouted loudly for their favorite team, “Go! Go!” Finally, the students from 7(6) won the tug-of-war competition and became the champions.
