8th Grade English Speech Competition Final Round

For H and H+, the people who appeared were Sonia Chang from 8(5), Amelia Deshmukh from 8(1), Tamina Jung from 8(11), and Jovilyn from 8(3). Respectively, they argued that social media is positive, advertising is negative, televisions are more educational than books, and that the internet is bad. Sonia won first place, Amelia and Tamina won the third places, and Jovilyn got second place.

Overall, the speech competition was a rather enjoyable and welcome break from school and classes.
