Pudong Campus G4:Partner Reading

Last week, we had a D.E.A.R Week, and during this week’s P&B, G4 students got to have the experience of being young teachers. The G4 students who used to be the little kids, who needed higher-grade students to read books to them, are now much more mature than before and excelled at their task.All of the grade 4 students were separated into two large groups. One group was arranged with Grade 1 students, while the other group was arranged with the 3rd Graders.

Every 4th grade student picked up one or two books that were suitable for the lower grade students to read. During the activity, students gained a sense of responsibility and enjoyed taking on the more grown up role of readers.
