The Inter-School Basketball Competition

As many basketball fans already know, our school participated in the annual basketball competition called “Shi Er Cup”, competing against several local schools on October 19th. SHSID sent out three teams: the local division high school female team, the international division high school female team, and the one we are most interested in—the international division middle school female team. In the end, both of our international division teams won the championship, and they deserve congratulation.

On the morning of the tournament, our middle school team achieved victory in all of their earlier games, reaching the final round, where it can be said that they overwhelmed their opponent, Feng Yang Middle School.

Our international division's high school team also triumphed in all the afternoon matches, further improving our international division’s reputation. The local division high school team managed to secure third place.

The other schools that played in the tournament were Shi Er Zhong Xue, Nan Yang Zhong Xue, Nan Mo Zhong Xue, and Wei Yu Zhong Xue. Defeating them all was not an easy feat, but our international division did it, and with that they have earned sincere respect.
