Pudong G3:Double Ninth Festival

The topic of our personal growth on Friday was Double Ninth Festival. The festival is on September 9thof the Chinese lunar calendar. It is also know as "the senior’s Day". Our teacher said on that day we would go and enjoy the beauty of the chrysanthemums. We would eat hairy crabs and make Aroma sachets. We made colorful Aroma Sachets for our grandparents as presents. These sachets were filled with green clouds like cotton and flavorful dried lavender. We wrote down best wishes for our grandparents in the colorful and elegant cards. This class was creative, enjoyable and fun!
