ASB Election for Senior High School

September 17 2014 – On this sunny afternoon, all boys and girls from the XianMian building gathered once again in the auditorium of Shanghai High School. They were going to elect the ASB members. Before the election, the Director of Senior High School, Ms Liu, issued a certificate to honor members of ASB. And then the election began. The candidates have already shown their skills by their posters through the last week and this time they would stand on the stage to give a presentation for the last votes. Each candidate stepped on stage to give speeches up to two minutes long. In both Chinese and English, plans of schools parties were proposed, guarantees for more fun were provided, and offers to listen and help were made. In the end, everyone present - students as well as teachers - to put down their final votes before heading home. No matter what the outcome is, let’s give all the candidates a big round of applause for their motivation.
