Grade One Puxi: Children's Day Celebration

June 1st is Children's Day. To celebrate, 1st graders went to the cinema to watch "Zambezia", a film about a young falcon leaves left his home on a deserted island to live in the big city of Zambezia. There he discovers the truth about his origins and, by helping to defend the city, learns how to be part of a community. The movie gives breathtaking views of the River Zambezi, majestic Victoria Falls, rich African culture and vivid creatures. We had a fantastic afternoon enjoying the movie!
