Dr. Seuss Whimsical Week

Thursday was the most anticipated day of the week. Kids were encouraged to wear the same clothes and hair style as one or more of their classmates. Some parents started preparing for this day a week ago! They contacted each other and went shopping together over the weekend to find matching clothes for their kids. The kids were so excited to spend the day with their twins! In class, we read the book "Oh! The Places You’ll Go!" and talked about jobs they wanted to hunt for in the future. We also made puppets of the Dr. Seuss characters “Thing 1” and “Thing 2”.
