Grade 10: Science Fair

10th graders held a science fair last Wednesday covering six different branches of study: physics, chemistry, mathematics, economics, IT and biology. Various activities were arranged in each classroom which required five students to work together to solve a problem. Students needed to go to each classroom, follow the instructions and try to accomplish as many tasks as possible to collect stamps. The winners were the groups with the most stamps.

Four games were organized for math like "moving matches", "sudoku","24 point game", and "problem solving". Students quite enjoyed delving into the mysteries of math.

IT games were truly special. A lot of notes were put randomly in the classroom. The student had to draw one note to get a question. Moreover, several computers were needed to input programs, a very professional innovation.

For Chemistry and Biology, some interesting experiments were done: "fruit battery", "color change reaction", "magic brush" and "molecular model”. In the Biology classroom, everyone tried hard to find white blood cells using a microscope.

The wonderful journey of learning and exploring is truly an enjoyment!
