Pu Xi Grade 2: Class Library

Grade 2 is starting Class Library this week. Every two weeks, 10 children will be asked to bring 2 of their favorite books to school. These books will be placed in the classroom library, where all of the other children will have access to them. The purpose of this activity is to create enthusiasm among the children and encourage them to read a wider variety of books.

After the class library opened, the kids were so interested in the books brought by their friends that they can often be seen reading quietly in the classroom. They gained knowledge from the books, as well as joy.
