Pu Xi Grade 4: Fire Drill with No Prediction

On February 27, we had a CAS class in the afternoon as usual, and teachers went into the homeroom and started the class as usual, when, suddenly, the fire alarm rang. Some kids jumped up from their chairs, but teachers had already known what would happen. They calmed everyone down and led all classes to leave the building in good order. It took us 20 more seconds compared to last semester, but since we didn’t give notice beforehand, our time was still very good!

After the drill, teachers and students discussed the right way to escape from a fire, and forecasted the 2nd random fire drill this semester. Will our kids get faster next time? Let’s wait and see.
