Pu Xi Grade 2: Solids Project

For this past winter holiday, the second graders were given a special math assignment requiring them to use empty milk or juice cartons to make interesting objects. After the winter holiday, the kids turned in a variety of impressive projects, wowing their teachers. One student made an entire village of different houses, another built a castle, and another a truck. This creative project was not only a lot of fun, it served to deepen the children's understanding of solid figures.
