Puxi Grade One: Tangram Game in Math Class

After learning the plane shapes, equal parts, and the slide, flip, and turn maneuvers, we had a fun review class in which we played the tangram game. Students needed to use their knowledge of plane shapes and rotation well to solve the tangram puzzles. Each group was given a set of tangram puzzles and was required to move the shapes in order to create an image. During the math class, our first graders applied their math knowledge in a fun way and developed their ability to work as a team.
