Puxi Grade One: Getting in the Christmas Spirit!
The first grade has transformed each classroom into a spectacular winter wonderland! The students and teachers at SHSID have really gotten into the holiday spirit. During personal growth class, students and teachers worked together to decorate the classrooms with shiny handmade snowflakes, Christmas trees, and ornaments. The students also learned several Christmas songs during the Friday read aloud, such as “Jingle Bells” and “Santa Claus is coming to Town.” On December 20th, students embraced the spirit of giving and participated in a holiday present exchange with their peers.
